You can buy reborn mohair in most colours from the usual shades of browns and blondes to some more extravagant blue/red shades. However, you don’t want to go too drastic as most babies will not have punk-style hair colors! They also come in different types, such as straight, wavy and curly.
The hair will usually come in 1oz packs and this should be enough to root your first baby, however, on your first try you should perhaps look into buying a spare of the same color in case any gets wasted.
